Policy Regarding Billing and Shipping Addresses
Please be advised to keep your billing address and shipping address the same. It is crucial to ensure that the billing address entered matches the address associated with your bank card. Failure to provide the correct billing address may result in the inability to process your payment.
Order Processing Policy
Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days before shipment. Processing occurs Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be processed on the following business day, which is Monday. For Express Shipping Orders, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.
Shipping Information
- Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. All packages are delivered via UPS or USPS, and delivery days are Monday through Friday.
On-Hand Pickup
